How bad is bad enough?

The funny thing about Americans is that we think being poor means we may have to live without cable television or high speed Internet. The fact that in India being poor means living in a metal shack while being constantly dogged by pestilence and starvation should put that into perspective nicely. Of course everyone wants to feel sorry for exploited Indian children that didn't get paid for their 15 minutes of fame even while there are children in this country living in metal shacks and starving as well.

I think Danny Boyle is a kind person and really didn't intend for any harm to come to these children but I think it was wrong to drag these kids to America for the Oscars. Hey kid look at all this great stuff we've got, have some good food, new clothes and a trip to Disneyland.....now back to the slums for you.

That's just wrong....his award winning movie didn't end that way.
