I thought Christian Bale was an awesome actor long before he put on a Batsuit. If you've never seen Empire of the Sun or Equilibrium then you need to start renting some shit and find out for yourself. Add American Psycho and Reign of Fire to that list (fuck you if you hate Reign of Fire it's got dragons in it.....FUCKING DRAGONS.)
Personally I think every movie franchise deserves to have the "Bale Effect"....he's done Psycho, Batman and now Terminator.
That looks sweet Mr. Bale but what's next? Christian Bale as Indiana Fucking Jones? Christian Bale in a new Aliens sequel that does't blow goats? Christian Bale as Luke Skywalker but not a raging, whiney pussy? Christian Bale as the Godfather!!!!!! Bring it on!!
