All he really cares about is the theory of the Constitution and ideal that the Government should be completely true to EVERY ideal set forth by the Constitution simultaneously. No exceptions, no interpretations, just the clear rule of the law. I think he may want to become a Marxist because his pipe dream of Democracy could only exist in the fallacy of a Socialist Utopia. Sorry Dr. Paul but laws exists because people lack morality either through their own ignorance or poor upbringing. The Constitution is a living document and our Government was designed to allow that document to be changed as society demanded. To embrace the Constitution is to embrace and champion change, not to fight for it's fundamental literal meaning.
In a perfect world there would be no need to "force" private citizens to not be racist but we do not live in a perfect world.
